PRIVACY POLICY

The appropriate collection, use and disclosure of client's personal and health information is fundamental to our day-to-day operations and to client care. Protecting the privacy and the confidentiality of the client's personal information is important to ALL staff at Stillwater Skin Centre and MedSpa.  We strive to provide our clients with excellent care and service. Every employee of Stillwater Skin Centre and MedSpa must abide by our commitment to privacy in the handling of personal information. This policy was last modified on the 20th day of March, 2020.

We understand that life happens and things get busy. To ensure we can serve you and our other clients optimally, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule your appointment to avoid any fees. With less than 24 hour notice, there will be a $50.00 fee.

We've blocked the space for you and in the case of a short notice reschedule, we're unable to fit in a client that really wanted an appointment.  This policy helps us maintain our commitment to providing timely and exceptional service to all of our guests. Thank you for your understanding.

We ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes early for your appointment with us to fill out the appropriate forms and any other preparation that may be needed before your appointment.

- Please turn your cell on vibrate when you arrive.

- Please do not leave children of any age unattended in the reception area. We love children and please remember that we do NOT provide childcare at any time. 

- We feel that every client deserves the highest level of satisfaction. Should you not be satisfied with your service please let us know immediately.   We would also appreciate your feedback so that we can continue to make each and every visit, the very best. 

Spa Policy

- Prices subject to change without notice.

- Spa promotions cannot be used in combination with any other offer or promotion. One per visit.  

- Gift Certificates are non-refundable.

- We regret that Stillwater Skin Centre cannot be responsible for loss or damage of personal articles.

- Clients that arrive for their service(s) late will be accommodated as best as possible, however, your service may be altered due to starting the service late.  Stillwater Skin Centre reserves the right to charge 100% of the service price when accommodating late clients.  The reservation of an appointment indicates that we have reserved the service time for you and therefore have had to decline other customer offer for that particular service time.

- Video recording and photography is prohibited in treatment rooms.

- Children receiving treatments are to be accompanied by their guardian in treatment rooms at all times.

Parking

There is plenty of free parking in our large lot.
